Getting Featured on MSDN – WHAT?!
Technology

This happened about a month ago, but I never had a chance to react to it…

When I wrote this post about Creating Scrum Boards and Sparklines with TFS Data, I really just thought I was writing about this little niche topic that was kind of interesting to me, but probably not to many other people.

Then my views started to climb.

And climb.

And climb.

All of a sudden I broke 1,000 for the first time. Excuse me? My blog post had 1,000 people look at it? You’ve got to be kidding.

But, it wasn’t a joke.

The viewcount continued to skyrocket and before I knew it, I had 2,500 views.

The next day in the office, my colleague linked me to THIS post on MSDN.

That. Is. My Name.

ON MSDN.

The excitement was pretty much through the roof – I’m surprised my squeaks didn’t shatter glass. 😀

So, there you have it. My first taste of blogging stardom. MSDN-level coolness. Hopefully I can get there again.
