Since May 11th was the day before I left on my one month Asia-Pacific tour, I was totally slammed for time and wasn’t able to get on here to write about my progress.
HOWEVER! I did snag photos of my stats before I hopped on the plane, and I did the same on the morning of the 11th this month as well.
The results are nothing short of… staggering.

To be honest, I’m completely floored.
I seriously ate EVERYTHING while I was traveling. Particularly a daily pastry (or three) for breakfast… I was CONVINCED that I had gained some serious weight in the past month, and I was at peace with it because part of traveling, at least in my opinion, is being able to taste the flavors of the place you’re visiting.
Well… Surprise! Somehow I accomplished magic and not only lost pounds, but I gained muscle mass and dropped some serious bodyfat percentages.
Wow.
Now, to try and overcome this jetlag… >.<
