So this month has certainly been crazy! My check-in is 5 days late, as you can see, but my excuse is that I WAS IN BERMUDA last week! I’ll be posting an update probably tomorrow on the vacation, but I figured I would get my stats up ASAP since I’m already behind! I officially clocked in today, the 17th, as opposed to my usual 11th. What’s a girl to do, right?

Soooo it looks like even though I went on a crazy, binge eating and drinking vacation, that I’m not totally off track! My muscle mass numbers are rising while my fat numbers are going down, even if my measurements aren’t changing a whole ton this month. It’s kind of thrilling, to be honest with ya. So thrilling, in fact, that I’m willing to FINALLY share a “before” and “in-progress” photo situation! (I won’t say after cause we ain’t done yet, baby!).
