I know. Epic fail. I missed a month AND this one is late. I’m so bad at this.

In a way, I kind of wonder if that means that these numbers aren’t as important to me anymore?

…that also might just be a slight excuse for not wanting to post them.

ANYHOW

Here we are now:

November Health Stats

Height: 5’5”
Weight: 144.2 [-4  (Since September] [-10.8 (From Start)]
Muscle Mass: 35.4% [+.4 (This Month)] [+.6 (From Start)]
Bone Mass: 4.9% [Static]
Body Water: 54.2% [+.3 (Since September)] [+.5 (From Start)]
Body Fat: 22.8% [-.5  (Since September)] [-.8 (From Start)]
I kind of give up on doing the measurements until I get a more accurate way to record them. I feel like I always just move the tape around and don’t always measure the same spot, so those numbers are so strange. More on this another time when it’s not so late and I’m not in a guacamole coma.

PR Updates

Since the September Check-In I’ve actually KILLED IT in PRs. I really haven’t been to open as much as I’d like so I haven’t checked a *lot* of things, but here’s what’s been recorded for posterity since the last check-in:

Mile Run: 10:58
Back Squat: 175#
Clean & Jerk: 115#
Deadlift: 235#
Power Clean: 120#
Power Snatch: 95#
Push Press: 110#

All of the improvements! As mentioned many, many times, I’ve been so discombobulated the past 2 months, I’m not sure where I am now with most weights, but between next week being a bit of a testing week and also hopefully now that derby is winding down for the season (Hellrazors have our last bout on 11/24 at home, come out!!), I’ll have some more time to focus on my Crossfit and Oly.
