Yes, yes, I’m SO aware that it’s October 20th. HOWEVER, I did manage to take these stats down on the 10th, so I don’t feel that horribly bad. I do have a LOT of things to talk about though, so I need to get back on the wagon here. This week is my last in a lifting cycle, I had a meet, and derby is so crazy. I also moved!!! Hopefully I can get caught back up — I’m giving up my evening nap for this post today because my friend asked me where my monthly update was… whoops. >.<

This month was super minor, but that makes all the sense considering I have been on a high rep, low weight cycle. I did grab some muscle mass increase, which makes me tons of happy.
